Key Responsibilities
- Find, create, searching and looking own new customer who want buy software and solution ERP SAP B1, Huawei Cloud, Microsoft365, Azure, PocessForce, Centrify, Parallels, Claroty, Mulesoft & Other Software Solution (end user) through canvasing, cold calling, visiting, meeting and etc.
- Create project, tandem with Partners or directly search End User is a must.
- Make a good relationship & collaborating with all existing principals in Software Divisions will be advantages & our priority.
- Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Required qualification
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Have own a vehichle ( Motor / Car ) and Laptop is a must.
- Must have an Experience in 5 Years as a Sales who selling SAP B1 / ERP Product / Software Accounting Solution industry is a MUST, such as : Zahir, Oodo ERP, NetSuite ERP, Sage Intacct, Oracle’s E-Business Suite, ECount ERP, FinancialForce ERP, WorkWise ERP, ERPNext, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Pro-int ERP, Insyspro, Microsoft365, Azure, Huawei Cloud, Centrify, Parallels, Claroty, Mulesoft & Other Software Solution.
- Understanding business process concept as a Sales person (know how to sell) is a must.
- As a Sales, who have a background in Functional / Technical / Consultant in ERP / Software Accounting Product and understanding of the disciplines required and concept to Functional / Technical Skill in SAP B1 will be advantages & our priority.
- Must have data base customer (End User) list coverage from existing account.
Account Manager for Radio Communication Product & Solution (Sales Project)
Key Responsibilities
- Find and managing new project for selling the Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio Product and Solutions.
- Generate New Customer & New Sales Opportunities.
- Searching and creating project / end user, for selling Handy Talky Digital Mobile Radio Product & Solutions.
- Meeting, presentation, visiting, negotiating, dealing and selling to new customer and / or existing customer is a must.
- Responsible for negotiating, tendering and communication ( new customer and / or existing partners ) to assigned target number.
- Responsible for building, managing the overall relationship with project partner and be a PIC of contact.
- Focusing on growing and developing existing customer with generating new coverage and customer.
- Achievement of sales through the direct sales channel.
- Act as the key interface between the customer (project partner or end user) and all relevant divisions.
Required qualification
- Maximum 35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1).

Key Responsibilities
Is a technical who responsible do job on support in the technical side, such as survey, presentation, design, sizing, troubleshooting, project management, installation, setting, documentation, service, training and giving a solution to customer about Handy Talky (HT) Product Solution.
- Tandem with sales team to find and managing new partner or end user, selling the products Handy Talky (HT) (retail & project).
- Presentation to Customer from beginning until Technical Specification, How to Install, How to Operate and How to Troubleshoot.
- Provide technical skill and onsite support to customer, such as project management, survey, setting, installing, configuring, monitoring vendor and subcon to partner or end user / customer about Handy Talky (HT) Product and Solution.
- Do technical support, project management, vendor / subcon coordination from project survey until reporting related with customer requirement on Handy Talky (HT) project.
- Make sure installation success, and no complain from customer
- Lead and supervise a team of service center professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
Required qualification

Key Responsibilities
