The 43RCS100 detector can detect the fixed threshold of 58°C in addition to rapid changes in temperature (“rate of rise”) as set out by standard EN 54-5 for class A1R. The control algorithms implemented also mean it can be used in environments which are subject to ambient temperature changes; it is particularly useful for dusty or dirty environments or where the humidity level is high, factors which may negatively impact the performance of the optical sensors. Microprocessor-controlled digital signal analysis. Low-profile design. Light indications via 2 LEDs which guarantee 360° visibility. Status indication every 8 seconds. Approved to EN 54-5.
