Is a technical who do job support in the technical side, such as survey, service, troubleshooting, installation, setting, presentation, training and giving a solution to customer.
Responsible for technical survey, planning, designing, installation, doumentation, report, and claim the sparepart related to customers problem.
Also involve with all aspects of Cash Register Machine / POS, Barcode & Peripheral product , helping sales team, partner and end user about the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tandem with sales team in sales job to selling Cash Register Machine / POS, Barcode & Peripheral product in technical side, with doing the presentation, survey about the customer needs, condition in the project ( end user / partner project ) and provide the solution from technical drawings, proposal, until project goal and finished.
- Provide technical skill and advice / recomendation, such as technical drawings, proposal in technical side, survey, setting, installing, configuring, service and training partner or end user / customer about Cash Register Machine / POS, Barcode & Peripheral Product.
- Do technical site survey, POC and assessment toward customer related with customer requirement.
- Responsible for service, troubleshooting, and also the documentation and report.
- Make sure installation success, and no complain from customer.
- Research for products, services, solutions and market trend for related technology.
Requirements:
- Age maximal 30 years old.
- Have own a vehichle ( Motor / Car ) is a must.
- Understand about IT installation, setting & troubleshooting is a must.
- Must having at least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position as a Technical Engineer / IT Service Center / IT Support.
- Able to communicate in English both oral and written (English Active) is a must.
- Able to work independenly, having good technical and solution skills.
- Willing to work in west Jakarta - Meruya area and assigned to the customer project or other cities in Indonesia if necesary, and go to customer place to do the service, troubleshoot, presentation, survey, setting, installation, training, ect, for sales & project support.
