Hewlett Packard
Hewlett Packard started as a manufacturer of test and measurement equipments in 1939. The company has transformed through the decades and is acknowleged as the symbolic founder of Silicon Valley. In the eighties HP introduced inkjet and laser printer for desktop computers and in the nineties they expand their computer product line to personal computer for consumers. HP went through a series of acquisition and following the acquisition of Compaq in 2002, the company has grown into one of the world's largest information technology products and services provider.
